It’s that time of year – getting outside feels so good. Take your yoga practice with you on your walks with yoga walking. Join Kushala for an evening program focused on walking lessons. Learn how to walk with an open spine, while leaning weight into your feet and legs. Learn to use your leg muscles to walk instead of your spinal muscles. That increases your balance, strength and stamina.
After some poses to release your spine, we’ll review these techniques and put them into practice. Weather permitting, we’ll head outside for the walking portion of the program. When your walking becomes easier, so does your life. Join us! Open to students of all experience levels.
