Simple and effective, this class is suitable for beginners and experienced students alike. Each week we'll practice Shavasana (yoga's relaxation pose), breathing with ujjayi pranayama, and simple sets of poses that release tension in the muscles around your spine. 

Learn to use your body differently and experience a life of less pain, more flexibility and freedom of movement. As your body opens up, your mind slows down and you experience Svaroopa, the bliss of your being.
