This class combines Svaroopa® Yoga’s reliable and blissful core-opening poses with poses that help you develop strength in your arms, legs, and abdominals. You’ll learn gentle backbends to give you increased flexibility and basic standing poses for stability and balance. You’ll feel strong and open and able to move into your life in a whole new way.
