You know your yoga practice makes your body feel better. Did you know it can improve how you walk? In this four-week course, you will learn to walk using your leg muscles instead of your spinal muscles. This makes your legs stronger and improves your balance when you’re moving and when you are standing still.

You will learn to use your abdominal muscles in conjunction with your leg muscles to keep your spine long and open. You’ll stand more firmly and with more confidence. Join Kushala/Kelly for this four-week series and change how you walk forever! This series is for students at all levels of experience.
